Breezy Point features a swimming pool with a water slide, a kiddie pool, a hot tub and sauna, a gymnasium with aerobic and strength training equipment, a craft and activity area, and a lounge. The Pelican Center, the main office of the resort, has Internet access and is open year round for your convenience. Admission to the facility is secure and only accessible with proper identification. Breezy Point does not allow pets. There are ten distinct associations within the resort, and the unit configurations vary greatly within each one.
