The Inn at Mazatlán is built in a three building format with vacation villas in the (Azteca Tower), (Inca Tower), and (Mayan Tower), in addition to some units in the resort’s main building. On property, a waterfall cascades into the large swimming pool. (The Inca Tower) is an eight story building, offering the closest access to the beach. The air conditioned tower was renovated in 2013 with new mattresses and new flat screen televisions in all units. This building includes ONE and TWO BEDROOM Suites and STUDIO units. (The Azteca Tower) is a fifteen story structure serviced by three elevators. Air conditioned, the building was also renovated in 2013 with new mattresses and new flat screen televisions. On the street side, the Azetca Tower overlooks the charming skyline of the city of Mazatlán. This building includes JUNIOR SUITES, ONE and TWO BEDROOM Suites, and THREE BEDROOM penthouses. (The Mayan Tower) was the first structure at this beachside Mexico resort. It includes ONE and TWO BEDROOM penthouse suites, along with ONE BEDROOM Suites and STUDIOS in the adjacent main building. This area is scheduled for significant renovations to ensure that it will be highly desirable for many years to come. All units offer spacious comfort, with a full kitchen in some One Bedroom units and all Two Bedroom units, and a partial kitchen in Studios and most One Bedroom floor plans. Hotel suites do not include kitchens, but may have a mini fridge. Studios and Hotels sleep up to 4 adults, One Bedrooms sleep up to 6, Two Bedrooms sleep up to 8, and Three Bedroom units sleep up to 12 adults.
