If you prefer luxury (Townhome) living, there are single and double townhomes that house 4 to 12 guests. The third are (The Estates), large vacation homes with deluxe accommodations in One to Three Bedroom models. Each type of residence has private entertainment, grilling and other amenities to complete your stay.

The Townes offer TWO and FOUR BEDROOM units. The Two Bedrooms with a sofa bed, sleeps 6 persons. Four Bedroom (double unit) sleeps 12 with two sofa beds. The Townhomes feature Lockout capability (in the Four Bedroom units), a sunroom, wet bar, electric fireplace, Each Two Bedroom features Two Full Bathrooms, garden tub, ensuite washer/dryer, available WIFI, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms and barbecue grills throughout.

The prime location of King's Creek Plantation makes it an ideal jump off point to explore Virginia's Historic Triangle. Walk down the streets where American history and independence was born in Colonial Williamsburg. Then head to Jamestown, and the Jamestown Settlement, where Captain John Smith landed and established the first permanent English settlement in America.
