Holiday Inn Club Vacations acquired The Ridge Resorts. Under previous ownership, The Ridge Resorts has operated as four different properties: The Ridge Tahoe, The Ridge Pointe, The Ridge View and The Ridge Crest. However, the entire resort will be branded as Holiday Inn Club Vacations Tahoe Ridge Resort and begin operating as "One Resort".

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Ridge Tahoe Resort is a full service hotel and condominium resort and spa, offering all the amenities of a first class destination resort. Perched at 7,500 feet with spectacular views of Carson Valley and Lake Tahoe, and a private eight person gondola to Heavenly Ski Resort, this resort has it all. The resort's 11 acres houses 302 deluxe hotel rooms, junior suites, and one and two bedroom condominium suites. Work out in the fully equipped health club or indoor sports complex with basketball and tennis courts, or on the two racquetball courts. Additional onsite amenities include indoor/outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzis, video arcade, ping pong and billiards rooms, outdoor children's play area, organized activities, putting green and golf driving net, outdoor tennis courts, and private shuttle service within the property.

ONE and TWO BEDROOM Condominium Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with queen sleeper sofa, separate dining area, gas fireplace, king or queen bed in each bedroom, three TVs, two VCR/DVD players, and daily maid service. JUNIOR Suites feature a king or queen bed, small sitting area, queen sleeper sofa, TV with VCR/DVD player, daily maid service, wet bar, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Deluxe HOTEL ROOMS feature a king or queen bed, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven, small sitting area, and TV with VCR/DVD player.
